1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A cold front currently over the eastern basin will continue to
push east tonight before high pressure 30.20 inches builds east 
across the Great Lakes Friday into Saturday. Low pressure 29.90 
inches will move east across the lake Sunday followed by high 
pressure 30.10 inches Monday.
