Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will occasionally be encountered. .SYNOPSIS... High pressure of 30.0 inches currently over the region will slowly move east into Friday, while a broad, weak low pressure of 29.8 inches slowly enters from the west. Light winds will become southerly by Friday morning between the departing high and approaching low. Winds will increase out of the south on Saturday as the weak low moves overhead, becoming westerly Saturday night as it exits Rounds of scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely through tonight, mainly across the south half of the lake. Shower and storm chances will then continue Friday night and Saturday across the lake. Quiet weather conditions are expected Sunday into early next week.
