Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 inch low is forecast to move from the central 
Great Lakes tonight to northern New England by late Sunday, with its 
trailing cold front crossing the lake Sunday morning. A 30.1 inch 
high over James Bay Sunday night will then build southward along the 
Ontario/Quebec border through Monday night, before settling across 
the Lower Great Lakes Tuesday, then off the southern New England 
coast Wednesday. A 29.6 inch low may move south of James Bay 
Thursday.
