.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pressure will develop along a stalled front
across the eastern waters today then gradually move SE through 
Thu night. The front will dissipate Fri as a cold front slides
off the east coast Fri night. The front will move across the 
waters through Sat and E of the area Sat night. High pressure
will build over the waters Sun and Sun night.
