moving east at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Buoy.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Overfalls Shoal, Five Fathoms Buoy, Fenwick Island, Buoy 4fb,
Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Cape May Point, Delaware Lightship
Buoy 44009, Buoy 2ms, and Indian River Inlet Bridge.
