out to 5 fathoms...
Gulf of America including Dry Tortugas and Rebecca Shoal Channel...
Hawk Channel from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal out
to the reef...
Straits of Florida from Halfmoon Shoal to 20 nm west of Dry Tortugas
out 20 nm...

At 152 AM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a a
strong thunderstorm, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots.
This thunderstorm was located over Halfmoon Shoal Light, moving west
at 15 knots.

Locations that will be affected include...
Rebecca Shoal Light, New Ground Rocks Light, and Halfmoon Shoal
Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally
rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and
potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as
safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
