At 702 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 10 nm west of Tawas Bay to The Mouth Of
The Saginaw River, moving east at 25 knots.
