* At 551 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, 
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong 
  thunderstorm was located 20 NM southwest of Point Sur, moving east 
  at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Coastal Waters from Point Pinos to Point 
  Piedras Blancas California out to 10 NM and Waters from Point 
  Pinos to Point Piedras Blancas 10-60 NM.
