For the Clear Fork Brazos River at Roby:
* At 245 PM CDT Monday the observed stage was 15.69 feet.
* Action Stage:   16.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:    18.0 feet.
* Forecast: River levels have began to recede and are now below
  Action Stage. We will continue to see falling river levels through
  this evening.
