Very light winds overnight Monday into Tuesday meagerly increase through Tuesday. Surface winds will remain below 15mph, rotating clockwise then counterclockwise through Tuesday. Initial south winds rotate southwest through the afternoon, primarily west of the Mississippi River Valley, only to turn back to the south through the evening. Similarly, transport winds will be light and variable Tuesday morning, rotating west then south predominantly west of the Mississippi River Valley.
