.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be consistently from the northwest around the burn site 
through the forecast period, with breezy gusts expected during the 
afternoon and early evening hours on monday with gusts up to 17 mph. 
Relatively stronger winds can be expected Tuesday afternoon with gusts 
up to 21 mph. RH's will begin on Monday in the low to mid 50's due to 
an influx of moisture from a storm system to the north, before 
recovering back near 100 percent in the overnight hours on Monday. 
Then drying is expected to occur on Tuesday with RH's falling into the 
mid 30's. Sky conditions correlate with these RH's with cloudiness 
expected Monday evening and clearing on Tuesday.
