CAPE EAST (32.5S/40S, 20E/50E):
WIND     : Cyclonic 10 to 20 in the western half, reaching 25 to 30 in
           places in the south-west and north-west, spreading to the
           central parts towards mid-period, otherwise N to NE 10 to
           20.
VIS      : Good, but moderate to poor in showers and thundershowers in
           the west and extreme north-eastern parts, spreading to the
           central parts towards the end of the period, while clearing
           over the extreme north-eastern parts in the morning.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m, except in the extreme western parts, reaching
           4.5m in the south-west towards the end of the period, with
           SW swell in the east, otherwise S to SE.

DURBAN EAST (32.5S/25S, EAST COAST/55E):
WIND     : Cyclonic 20 to 30 in the east, reaching 35 in the extreme
           south-eastern parts during the first half of the period,
           otherwise E to NE 05 to 15, becoming S to SW 15 to 25 in the
           early morning in the south-west, reaching 30 to 35 in places
           in the south-western parts from mid-period.
VIS      : Good, but moderate to poor in showers and thundershowers in
           places in the east and western parts.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m except in the north-western parts, with E to SE
           swell.

MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:
WIND     : Variable 05 to 10 but NE 10 to 15 in the south-west towards
           the end of the period.
VIS      : Good, but moderate in showers and thundershowers in the north-
           east until mid-period.
SEA STATE: 2.0 to 2.5m in the south until mid-period, with S to SE swell.


MADAGASCAR EAST (10S/25S, EAST COAST/55E):
WIND     : E to NE 05 to 15 but N to NW 05 to 15 in the southern
           parts.
VIS      : Moderate to poor in showers and thundershowers in places.


MARION FORTIES EAST (40S/50S, 35E/50E):
WIND     : N to NW 10 to 20 in the east and north, reaching 25 to 30 in
           the east otherwise W to SW 10 to 20, reaching 25 to 30 in the
           south. It will become anti-cyclonic in the west in the morning
           spreading to the south-east from mid-period.
VIS      : Moderate in showers and rain in places, becoming poor in
           showers and thundershowers in the north-east from mid-period,
           spreading to the south-east towards the end of the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m, reaching 5.0 to 6.0m in the southern parts
           during the first half, with SW swell.
