...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is 
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of western Pennsylvania, including the following 
  counties, northern Beaver and southwestern Lawrence.

* WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1155 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported numerous road
    closures due to flooding. Flooding is already occurring.
    Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Following roads are closed:
    - PA351 near Little Beaver
    - Mercer Road in Franklin Township
    - Hartzell School Road in Marion Township
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Beaver Falls, Ellwood City, Patterson Township, Big Beaver,
    New Beaver, West Mayfield, Ellport, Koppel, Wampum, New
    Galilee, Enon Valley, Darlington, Eastvale and Homewood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
