PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING UNTIL FURTHER 
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Yazoo River at Greenwood.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Widespread flooding begins in areas not 
  protected by Greenwood levee system.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Thursday morning and continue rising to 35.0 feet. Additional
    rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
