including the following areas, Chesapeake, Hampton/Poquoson, Isle of 
Wight, James City, Newport News, Norfolk/Portsmouth, Southampton, 
Suffolk, Surry, Sussex, Virginia Beach and York.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at 4 AM EDT early this morning.
