...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE POTENTIAL FAILURE OF YOUTH CAMP DAM ON 
THE UNAMED TRIBUTARY ON WOLF CREEK REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH TUESDAY 
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam or levee failure 
  continues to be possible at the Youth Camp Dam.

* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following 
  county, Bartholomew.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying 
  areas below the dam.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Actions are currently being taken to mitigate the flood
    threat around the dam; however the risk of a dam failure
    continues.
