...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of southeast 
Arkansas, including the following areas, Ashley and Chicot, 
northeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, East Carroll, 
Franklin LA, Madison LA, Morehouse, Richland, Tensas and West 
Carroll, and Mississippi, including the following areas, Bolivar, 
Carroll, Grenada, Holmes, Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Montgomery, 
Sharkey, Sunflower, Warren, Washington, Webster and Yazoo.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch will expire at 7 AM CDT this morning.
