...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Arkansas, including the 
following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, 
Sebastian and Washington and Oklahoma, including the following 
counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pushmataha and 
Sequoyah.

The heavy rain has ended and flash flooding is no longer expected to 
pose a threat. However, several rivers remain in flood from the 
heavy rains that have fallen. Please continue to heed any road 
closures and avoid flooded roads.
