...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in 
Kentucky...

  Red River at Clay City affecting Powell and Estill Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued this evening at 1145 PM EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is 
  forecast.

* WHERE...Red River at Clay City.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins. Several roads 
  are impassable in and around Clay City. Some homes are flooded in 
  low lying areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 19.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Monday evening and continue falling to 7.3 feet Friday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
