...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Alabama, including the following 
  county, Mobile.

* WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 407 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain
    in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Midtown Mobile, Downtown Mobile, Prichard, Tillmans Corner,
    Chickasaw, Mobile Regional Airport, I10 And I65, I65 And
    I165, Wheelerville, West Hill, Orchard, Forest Hill, Tacon,
    Mann, Meadow Lake, Dawes, Navco, Mertz, Neshota and Eight
    Mile.
