AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Seas 7 to 9 ft at 10 to 12 seconds and south winds 15 to
  25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt possible.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 60 
  NM.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could 
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to
47 knots has significantly increased, but the specific timing
and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to provide
additional lead time for mariners who may wish to consider
altering their plans.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could 
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 3.81 kt at 315 AM Wednesday.
  Seas 7 to 8 ft. Ebb current of 4.26 kt at 327 PM Wednesday. Seas
  5 to 6 ft. Ebb current of 4.41 kt at 357 AM Thursday. Seas 4 to
  5 ft.
