At 0600 UTC Ex-Tropical Cyclone Dianne was centred within 20 nautical miles of
 latitude eighteen decimal three south (18.3S)
 longitude one hundred and twenty four decimal one east (124.1E)
Recent movement : south at 11 knots moving over land
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 994 hPa
