* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Allegan, Ottawa, Mason, Muskegon, and Oceana Counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts are expected to 
  occur in the western half of each county.
