Patchy freezing fog is continuing to impact the area this
morning. Visibilities could be less than one-half mile at times. 
Wet conditions from last nights snow has also resulted in reports 
of widespread black ice forming. Drivers are urged to slow down, 
increase following distance, and allow extra time to reach their 
destinations.
