...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN MOORE...
SOUTHEASTERN RANDOLPH...NORTHWESTERN LEE AND SOUTHWESTERN CHATHAM
COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM EDT...

At 948 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of Seagrove, or 11 miles southeast of North Carolina Zoo,
moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cumnock, Harpers Crossroads, Goldston, Highfalls, Glendon, and
Robbins.
