HUMIDITY FOR AS WINDS DECREASE AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY INCREASES...

Temperatures continue to decreases across the state as the sunset
resulting in an increasing relative humidity and decreasing 
winds. Therefore the Red Flag Warning has been allowed to expire. 
Windy conditions will continue until sunset with breezy overnight 
conditions from a cold front. The frontal passage will result in a
wind shift out of the north.
