...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN UMATILLA AND SOUTH
CENTRAL WALLA WALLA COUNTIES THROUGH 300 PM PDT...

At 228 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over 
Stanfield, or 7 miles southeast of Hermiston, moving northeast at 40 
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Holdman, Stanfield, Echo, Helix, Touchet, Lowden, and Hermiston.
