...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN OGLE AND
WINNEBAGO COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 715 PM CDT...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and have exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning will 
be allowed to expire.  However, gusty winds up to 40 mph are still 
possible with these thunderstorms.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for north central
Illinois.
