COUNTIES...

At 709 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Richmond, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. Wind damage has been reported with this 
         storm in western Ray County.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Excelsior Springs, Richmond, Lawson, Braymer, Orrick, Polo, Hardin,
Henrietta, Crystal Lakes, Sibley, Missouri City, Cowgill, Excelsior
Estates, Woods Heights, Rayville, Camden, Mosby, Homestead, Fleming,
and Prathersville.
