...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHWESTERN OTERO AND
NORTHEASTERN SIERRA COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  However, gusty winds are
still possible with this thunderstorm.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
a portion of Otero County until 600 pm.
