* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 713 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Caswell
  Beach, moving south at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fort Fisher, Sheepshead Rock, Buoy Off Carolina Beach, Raritan
  Wreck, A R 445, Cape Fear Sea Buoy, Cape Fear Knuckle Buoy, Kure
  Beach Point, Mount Dirfy's Wreck, Kure Beach, and Bald Head Island.
