* At 826 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Wreck 33,
  moving southwest at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Frying Pan Shoals Buoy, Frying Pan Shoals Light Tower, City Of
