* At 1242 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 10 nm west of Palm Bay to Gifford to Vero Beach
  Highland, moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 
           waves, lightning and heavy downpours. Make sure all on 
           board are wearing life jackets. Return to safe harbor if 
           possible.
