* At 143 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Ocean Ridge,
  moving northeast at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

  Ocean Ridge, Riviera Beach, Palm Beach, Jupiter Inlet, Hypoluxo,
  Jupiter Inlet Colony, Juno Beach, Gulf Stream, Palm Beach Shores,
