* At 1234 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 8 nm east of Stellwagen Bank to 6 nm northeast of
  Truro, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
