* At 1059 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Bloody Point
  Light, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Buoy.

  IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by 
           suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

  Greenbury Point, Herring Bay, Highland Beach, Sandy Point State
