* At 224 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Windmill
  Point, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Windmill Point, Lower Bernard Island, Rappahannock Range Light,
  Rappahannock Light, Nandua Pungoteague Reef, Gwynns Island, Gwynns
  Island Reef, Tangier Island, Anglers Reef, Stingray Point, Hole In
  The Wall, Onancock Inlet, Occohannock Reef, Watts Island, Longs
  Creek Inlet, San Marcos Wreck, and Northern Neck Reef.
