  Pt St George to Cape Mendocino out 10 nm...
  Pt St George to Cape Mendocino 10 to 60 nm...

* Until 515 PM PDT.

* At 448 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing 
  waterspouts was located 18 NM northwest of Cape Mendocino, moving 
  northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create
           locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged
           in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Pt St George to Cape Mendocino out 10 nm and 
  Pt St George to Cape Mendocino 10 to 60 nm.
