...PATCHY DENSE FOG AND FREEZING FOG THIS MORNING...

Low clouds and fog have developed where skies cleared overnight,
including patches of locally dense fog with visibilities down to 
a quarter mile. Areas where the temperature is at or below
freezing could have freezing fog, leading to possible slick spots
on the roads. If driving, slow down, leave extra time and 
following distance, and use your low beam headlights.
