...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL GULF...SOUTHERN LIBERTY
AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM EDT/500 PM CDT/...

At 459 PM EDT/359 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles north of Carrabelle
to 11 miles north of Eastpoint to 8 miles south of Wewahitchka. These
storms were nearly stationary and drifting south.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Carrabelle, Eastpoint, Apalachicola, St George Island, Port St. Joe,
Wewahitchka, Franklin, Carrabelle Beach, East Camp, Honeyville, Royal
Bluff, Eleven Mile, St George Island St Pk, Odena, Beverly, Poplar
Camp, Milltown, Kern, Bay City, and Willis Landing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
