...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT COLES...SOUTHWESTERN EDGAR AND
NORTHWESTERN CLARK COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM CDT...

At 414 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Paris, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Charleston, Mattoon, Oakland, Kansas, Ashmore, Lerna, Rardin,
Paradise, Isabel, Redmon, Loxa, Etna, Fairgrange, Bushton, Coles
County Airport, and Borton.

This includes Interstate 57 between mile markers 181 and 194.
