At 1211 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Metairie, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
New Orleans, Metairie, Jefferson, Harahan, Westwego, Elmwood,
Waggaman, Bridge City, River Ridge, St. Rose, Ama, and New Orleans
Armstrong Airport.

This includes the following Interstates...
 Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 218 and 233.
 Interstate 310 between mile markers 1 and 2.
 Interstate 610 between mile markers 1 and 2.
