...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WICOMICO AND
NORTHEASTERN DORCHESTER COUNTIES THROUGH 915 PM EDT...

At 851 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Hurlock to 7 miles south of Vienna.
Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph, heavy rain, and frequent 
         lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small trees and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Wind impacting handling of high profile 
         vehicles. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. 
         Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Hurlock and Vienna around 855 PM EDT.
  Sharptown around 900 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Galestown, Mardela
Springs, Brookview, and Eldorado.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
southeastern Maryland.
