...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN MACKINAC COUNTY
THROUGH 630 PM EDT...

At 552 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Blaney Park, or 18 miles northeast of Manistique, moving east at 45
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Curtis, Naubinway, Corinne, Gilchrist, Engadine, Gould City, Garfield
Township, and Loon Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
