SOUTHERN TUNICA...NORTHERN TALLAHATCHIE...QUITMAN AND SOUTHWESTERN
PANOLA COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM CDT...

At 743 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southeast of St. Charles to near
Jonestown to 6 miles west of Charleston. These storms were nearly
stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Clarksdale, Charleston, Elaine, White River National Wildlife Refuge,
Helena-West Helena, Marks, Lambert, Jonestown, Friars Point,
Crenshaw, Crowder, Webb, Sledge, Sumner, Belen, Enid, Paynes, Curtis
Station, Dundee, and Vance.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
