...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN LOS ALAMOS AND 
EAST CENTRAL SANDOVAL COUNTIES UNTIL 2 PM MDT...

At 134 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 
miles west of Frijoles, or 11 miles southwest of Los Alamos, moving 
south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Los Alamos and East Central 
  Sandoval Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening 
weather conditions.
