...LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS CENTRAL NY 
AND NORTHEAST PA THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...

Strong to severe storms will move eastward across the region this
afternoon and evening. These storms have the capability of 
producing brief heavy rainfall and strong to damaging winds. A 
quick half inch to an inch of rain is possible in 30 to 60 minutes
with these storms, which could lead to some isolated instances of
urban and or poor drainage flooding, especially in areas that are
already saturated. Please be mindful of the potential for rapidly
changing weather conditions, especially if outdoors this evening.
