CENTRAL LORAIN COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 315 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Grafton, or 9 miles southeast of Elyria, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Cleveland, Parma, Strongsville, Brunswick, North Royalton, North
Ridgeville, North Olmsted, Garfield Heights, Parma Heights, Broadview
Heights, Brook Park, Berea, Middleburg Heights, Brecksville, Seven
Hills, Brooklyn, Olmsted Falls, Independence, Walton Hills, and
Newburgh Heights.
