...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN TRUMBULL AND EAST
CENTRAL PORTAGE COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from Bristolville to near Newton
Falls. Movement was east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Cortland, Newton Falls, Lordstown, Vienna
Center, Hilltop, Bristolville, Leavittsburg, Austintown, Girard,
Vienna, McDonald, Mecca, Windham, Johnston, Churchill, Howland
Center, and Champion Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
