LIPSCOMB...NORTHERN HANSFORD AND OCHILTREE COUNTIES THROUGH 430 AM
CDT...

At 344 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Knowles to near Boyd to 8 miles southeast
of Guymon. Movement was south at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Guymon, Perryton, Beaver, Hooker, Booker, Gruver, Tyrone, Forgan,
Follett, Optima, Darrouzett, Hardesty, Gate, Knowles, Wolf Creek
Park, Baker, Slapout, Balko, Elmwood, and Adams.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
